"Please avoid this office. I’ve been with State Farm since 2011 and I’ve used them in HI, WA, FL, and now NH. Every agent I’ve ever had has been responsive, responsible, trustworthy, and more. Exactly what you want in an insurance agent and company. That was until I encountered this office. I called and said I was moving, needed home, vehicle, and personal article coverage. They said no problem. I was very clear I hadn’t sold my FL home yet and needed to keep that policy. They said no problem- and immediately canceled that policy. I didn’t discover this until roughly two weeks before that property sold. It had been uninsured for months at that stage. The first time I called to ask what was going on I was told I asked for that (I didn’t) and there was nothing they could do and I was essentially hung up on. Thank God for the FL office who did everything in their power to help me and basically called them and told them to pick up when I call. Because they don’t. I did ask on FB for help finding another agent and only then did they not call, but text me. I started by talking to Courtney and then apparently offended Aron by not knowing the phone had been handed off. Cause you know, I can see who I’m talking to via text… It was all so wildly unprofessional. They did get me covered again but it didn’t go into effect until the day after that house sold. In the meantime the personal articles policy I asked them to transfer, they didn’t. When I asked about that I was informed “you said you didn’t want that”. Huh? So, I moved and decided the items I’ve had insured for years I no longer wished to insure? No, they just dropped the ball again and tried to shift blame to me. Then there were issues with my car, stuff gets lost in moves and it hindered my ability to get the cars registered in NH. I did speak to them about this, they told me I had to have everything transferred from FL to NH before they insured them here. I called back once I got everything squared away, they said great we’ll transfer the policy. Guess how long I was driving around with an uninsured vehicle? Well over a month. When I called to ask what’s going on they informed me again “you said you didn’t want that”. It’s like a script. They don’t do their job and then claim you called to tell them you don’t want to be insured? That doesn’t even make sense, I could just not call! In the background to all of this I told them I wanted the FL personal articles policy transferred. Do NOT touch the one in HI, I want it there, I need it there. Guess what they did? And guess who they tried to blame for that? Yep. On the advice of other State Farm reps who were doing all they could tonight help me I reported both Aron and Courtney to the company but sadly it appears this office is still open. I called to cancel everything so I could switch to the Concord branch and of course got the run around again. I finally had to scream to get them to do anything. Adults should never have to scream at one another. I did have to wait because of course, Aron only works four days a week and she was out of office. But by the next week I was finally transferred to an agent that actually does what I need. I call and say “can I insure my vehicles?” and they say “yeah no problem.” Amazing stuff after all of this. There’s more but I feel this review should be sufficient to warn others. Don’t use this branch. Avoid them at all costs. I don’t know how they stay afloat. If they did this to me, they’ll do it to you, and can you risk that? *Update* I have seen the business reply and can see the lack of accountability still remains. It’s not a matter of what I “feel”, its simple cut and dry facts. My review still stands and is only bolstered by the companies own response."
