"I had an awesome experience working with Aron Compton as a new State Farm customer. My son recently turned 16 and got his driver’s license. When I added him to our Allstate policy, our auto premiums literally doubled, which was shocking because we have clean driving records with no claims. This caused me to shop my insurance provider for the first time ever, I’d had Allstate for home and auto my whole life. I shopped a few providers in addition to State Farm. Initially, I requested an automatic online quote for State Farm and the auto premium was higher than some of the competitors, so I had moved on. A few days later, I received an email from Aron Compton who is a local State Farm agent with a much better version of the quote. It still wasn’t as good as Progressive and I was already making plans to switch to Progressive, but I set up a call with Aron to discuss it. Long story short, Aron earned my business. She got me a much better rate on my home insurance than the competitors, which more than offset the difference in the auto premium. Plus, I really liked that Aron was a local agent and that State Farm services all their own claims without subcontracting to other providers. With Progressive, every time I called, I had to speak with a different representative. There was just no consistency in the customer relationship. Also, they would have subcontracted me out to a different company for my home insurance. Aron did an awesome job clearly explaining all my options, getting my family the best rates possible and making the process of switching over very painless. Additionally, she opened my eyes to the fact that with a new teen driver on my policy, I really should consider an umbrella liability policy, which was something I’d not previously thought about. I was able to open a new auto policy with my son and his car on it, a new homeowner’s policy with better coverage limits and an umbrella policy AND I’m saving a ton of money over what I was paying Allstate. I’ve since been telling my friends about our great experience with State Farm. I highly recommend that you give Aron a call!"
