"Edit: While the customer service was great, the profit model of State Farm as an institution is a classic example of a bait and switch. I was priced into a premium which was predicated on the inclusion of a GPS tracking device I was never told about. After I made the switch, I learned of the contingency to have the tracking device in my vehicle and I removed it. Much to my dismay, my policy was now nearly double what my original policy was with the other insurance company. In short, insurance companies are pariah. Stay safe and stay woke, my friends. Janelle Griffin was very responsive and made the process very painless and easy. Almost the entire process was completed via text message, I only had to call to process the payment."

From my first contact with State Farm she has impressed me with her dedication to people as well as to her business. Aron cares and it shows! One example: Aron came to my home to install my ““beacon” in my vehicle because I could not do it myself. This devise will save me approximately fifty dollars off my premium while at the same time keeping me aware of safe driving procedures. Thank you, Aron. God bless you!"
